ONERO™
The osteoporosis statistics are staggering. 1 in 2 women over 50 will experience an osteoporosis-related fracture in their lifetime. Falls with fractures are the leading cause of disability and death among women with osteoporosis.

The ONERO™ program is the culmination of a decade of research and clinical application in osteoporosis to combat bone density decline. ONERO™ offers a safe and effective exercise training program to create bone resilience – by shaping bone architecture, improving muscle strength, and preventing falls.
Meet Rob & Alison
Dr. Rob Kennedy’s work with a wide range of patients has sparked a deep passion for lifestyle education and using exercise to turn the tide on conditions that impair health. He takes a holistic approach, helping clients boost their fitness while preventing—or even reversing—the effects of chronic disease.

Rob is an accredited ONERO™ provider, a certified conditioning coach, and a certified wound care specialist. He loves sharing his vast knowledge through talks at local colleges, clinics, and hospitals. He offers fitness consultations and coaching for teens and adults, wound care support for clinicians, and educational sessions for the community.
​
Rob earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University.​
Dr. Alison Kennedy brings her passion and expertise to ARK Wellness, supporting women with osteoporosis and osteopenia in building strength, improving bone health, and preventing falls and fractures. She’s proud to be the first accredited ONERO™ practitioner in the western suburbs of Chicago.
​
Alison also works closely with people living with Parkinson’s Disease, offering care that blends proven techniques with genuine compassion to support independence and well-being. She offers private pay services for those wanting additional care beyond what is covered by insurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University.​

FAQs
Do you take insurance?
No. ARK Wellness offers private pay wellness, fitness, group training, and consultative services only. During our initial meeting, if we determine that you may qualify for medically necessary physical therapy services to be reimbursed by Medicare (or another insurance), we will communicate that to you!
What types of clients do you work with?
Adults with osteoporosis, chronic health conditions, or just new to exercise – who are seeking an expert to guide them through a safe, evidenced-based, and supervised program to improve strength, stamina, balance, fitness.

Where are you located?
We see some clients in our home clinic, and travel to see other clients in their home/office location. ONERO™ group classes for osteoporosis take place in Glen Ellyn (Village Green Church).
What is ONERO™?
ONERO™ is a supervised exercise program for osteoporosis, to improve bone density, improve muscle strength, and prevent falls.

Where are the ONERO™ group classes for osteoporosis?
ONERO™ classes take place at Village Green Church (Glen Ellyn). Contact us to learn more about the classes and to set up an initial onboarding session. More information about the ONERO™ program for osteoporosis can be found here.

What is your cash rate?
$135 (60-minute 1:1 session). In our home clinic.
$80 (30-minute 1:1 session). In our home clinic.
$150 (60-minute 1:1 session). In your home or office. ($25 fee if >5 miles from home clinic.)
$150 (60-minute initial ONERO™ on-boarding session in our home clinic). This appointment is required before beginning group classes.
$35 (1 individual ONERO™ class).
$300 (Pack of 10 ONERO™ classes).
